作品について About This Work
雲南市立木次中学校吹奏楽部の委嘱により、2025年に作曲。出雲神話と当地の歴史や風土をもとに、人々の暮らし、たたら製鉄、スサノオノミコトとヤマタノオロチの対峙などの情景を織り込んでいます。
物語を手がかりにしながらも、奏者それぞれが自由な世界を思い浮かべて演奏することを大切にした作品です。
Composed in 2025 for the Kisuki Junior High School Wind Band in Unnan City, this work draws on Izumo mythology, local history and landscape. Its imagined scenes include daily life, traditional tatara ironmaking, and Susanoo’s confrontation with Yamata no Orochi.
The story offers a starting point, while leaving performers free to imagine a world of their own.
