江原大介 Daisuke Ehara
1982年東京都生まれ。東京音楽大学作曲指揮専攻（芸術音楽コース）卒業後、桐朋学園大学研究科作曲専攻修了を経て、東京藝術大学大学院音楽研究科修士課程作曲専攻修了。2008年第1回全日本吹奏楽連盟作曲コンクール第1位、2016年第27回朝日作曲賞受賞。これまでに作曲を有馬礼子、池辺晋一郎、権代敦彦、糀場富美子、安良岡章夫の各氏に師事。主な作品に「躍動する魂」（2009年度全日本吹奏楽コンクール課題曲）、「スケルツァンド」（2017年度全日本吹奏楽コンクール課題曲）、「月影の花～ウンゼンツツジに寄せて～」、「インフィニティ」などがある。近年は国内外から多数の委嘱を受け、吹奏楽作品を中心に幅広い創作活動を展開している。活動分野は吹奏楽をはじめ、クラシック、現代音楽、オーケストレーションなど多岐にわたり、吹奏楽コンクールの審査員や指導、講習会講師としても活動している。作品の多くは出版・録音されており、日本国内のみならずアジアをはじめとする海外でも広く演奏されている。

PROFILE
Daisuke Ehara was born in Tokyo, Japan, in 1982. After graduating from the Composition Department of Tokyo College of Music, he completed the Composition Program at the Toho Gakuen School of Music Research Division and subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Composition from the Graduate School of Music at Tokyo University of the Arts.
He received First Prize in the 1st All Japan Band Association Composition Competition in 2008 and was awarded the 27th Asahi Composition Award in 2016.
His principal works include The Restless Soul (the Set piece for the 2009 All Japan Band Competition), Scherzando (the test piece for the 2017 All Japan Band Competition), Azalea, and Infinity. In recent years, he has received numerous commissions from both Japan and abroad and has been actively engaged in a wide range of creative projects, primarily focusing on wind band music.
His activities encompass a broad spectrum of musical fields, including wind band, classical music, contemporary music, and orchestration. In addition to his compositional work, he serves as an adjudicator, clinician, and lecturer for wind band competitions and educational programs. Many of his compositions have been published and commercially recorded, and are performed extensively not only throughout Japan but also across Asia and other parts of the world.
